Criatividade é sorte de poucos?

Há um tempinho assisti ao que parecia ser um programa piloto do Roberto Justus na TV Record. A pauta da estreia era sobre criatividade e para isto levou ao bate papo Nizan Guanaes e Almir.

Nizan Guanaes todo mundo sabe, né?  Chairman do Grupo ABC  e a cabeça por trás das grandes ideias da agência Africa. Justus destacou que Nizan foi um dos nomes na lista das 100 pessoas mais criativas do mundo dos negócios, montada pela revista Fast Company.

Mas…pera lá! O tal do Almir também está nesta lista e no programa do Justus ele foi muito elogiado pelo publicitário Nizan, que acompanhou junto com o apresentador vários vídeos que explicavam um pouco sobre a trajetória de Almir e como chegou à revista Fast.

Mas afinal, quem é este tal de Almir? Ué, ele é cacique da aldeia Suruí em Rondônia!

Tá Flávia, e daí?

E daí que ele teve uma iniciativa que mudou o rumo de sua aldeia! Ao fechar uma parceria com o Google Earth, a tribo de Almir tornou-se famosa no mundo inteiro. O projeto é simples: algumas máquinas fotográficas foram entregues aos índios e também ensinaram a eles como usá-las, com isto eles passaram a fotografar o dia-a-dia da região e mostrar a todos esta cultura que ainda é muito desconhecida.

Isto levou Almir à lista dos mais criativos e também transformou este cacique em um comunicador. Durante o programa ele contou que acabara de dar uma palestra em um fórum sobre vida sustentável lááá em Miami e que também  já estão divulgando este projeto de várias outras formas.

Qual a conclusão?

Está proibido dizer que criatividade é sorte dos poucos que puderam estudar e virar grandes publicitários!

Está também proibido  pensar “mas Flávia, eu nunca fui criativo…”. Será que Almir tinha consciência sobre o nível de criatividade que tinha (e que tem!)?

 
 

E qual é o segredo para a criatividade?

Eu ainda não descobri, mas um bom começo é anotar todas as suas ideias em um caderno (pode também ser no Google Docs, Word ou qualquer outra coisa que prefira) e sempre que surgir uma oportunidade colocá-las em prática.
